| My computer keeps losing its internet connection (2009-07-26) | If you are using a router, chances are that your Internet Service Provider had a small glitch, and locked up the router (This is very common with older Linksys Routers). Unplug your router, count to 3, and plug it back in. Give it a little bit to sync up.
If this is a consistent problem, and the above fixes the problem, I would suggest upgrading the firmware of your router. If that still does not fix the problem, you might have to look into replacing your router.

| How do I find my wireless MAC address? (2009-07-26) | Click START
Click RUN (in Windows XP or earlier) - OR Type into the "Start Search Box" (on Vista or Newer) CMD - Hit enter
Type IPCONFIG/ALL - Hit enter
Look for a headline that says something about Wireless Adapter
Then look for "Physical Address" - Big long string of numbers and letters (example: 00-1F-5B-00-43-05) - This is your wirelss MAC address

| How can I find my routers IP address, so I can log into it and make changes? (2009-07-26) | From a computer currently connected to your router (and working properly) Click START
Click RUN (in Windows XP or earlier) - OR Type into the "Start Search Box" (on Vista or Newer) CMD - Hit enter
Type IPCONFIG - Hit enter
Look for your "Default Gateway" - the IP Address shown here should get you to your router.
